The stairs leading up to the rooms are steep and uneven, making it a struggle to haul our luggage up. I also arrived to a freezing cold room. it took hours for the heating to make it comfortable. Furthermore, there was minimal space for our belongings, and the bathroom setup was quite inconvenient with a large sink that limited usability.
